The reservation price includes all charges such as electricity, free wi-fi, air conditioning plus legal taxes and VAT.

The services below are also included in the price:

- Welcome pack including wine and traditional Cretan treats
- Shopping before your arrival (cost of groceries not included)
- Towel & Linen changes every 3 days
- Daily housekeeping (6 days/week) & final cleaning
- Pool maintenance

-In-Villa room service (cost of orders paid separately)

A refundable security deposit of 300€ is also required.

There are no additional charges after your arrival.
