Sunshine Villa

The price includes all charges such as electricity, air conditioning, free wi-fi, plus legal taxes and VAT.

A security deposit of 250€ is also required. Otherwise, there are no additional charges after your arrival.

The services below are also included in the price:

- Welcome pack including wine and traditional Cretan treats

- Housekeeping every 3 days & final cleaning

- Towel and linen change every 3 days

- Shopping before arrival (cost of groceries not included)

Note: Winter period (November - March): Please note that firewood for the fireplace can be provided by the owner with an additional charge. A supply of 60-70 kg of wood is sufficient for one day when the consumption is at a normal level. The charge for this quantity of wood will be 15€.
