Villa Reale

The price includes all charges such as electricity, air conditioning, pool maintenance, free wi-fi plus legal taxes and VAT, apart from the use of pool heating system. The use of pool heating system will cost an additional 100€ per day. Please note that the pool heating can be used for the entire stay and it requires at least one-week's advance notice.

The services below are also included in the price:

- Welcome pack including traditional Cretan treats

- Daily Housekeeping 2 hours daily except Sunday & final cleaning

- Towel - Linen change every 3 days

- Pool and garden maintenance

- Shopping delivery at the Villa before your arrival (cost of groceries not included)

A refundable security deposit of 700€ is also required. Otherwise, there are no additional charges after your arrival.
