Mavi Beachfront Villa

The price above includes all charges such as electricity, air conditioning, cleaning every 3 days and final cleaning plus legal taxes and VAT, except for the use of the pool heating system. The use of the pool heating system will cost additional 60€ per day (please note that the pool heating requires at least one week advance notice and it has to used for at least 7 days). Otherwise there are no additional charges after your arrival.

A refundable security deposit of 500€ is also required.
