Alpha Estate

The price includes all charges such as electricity, air conditioning plus all legal taxes and VAT, except the use of the indoor pool heating system. 

The indoor pool can be heated with an additional charge of 70€ per day. Please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least a week's advance notice. Otherwise, there are no additional charges after your arrival. A refundable security deposit of 500€ is also required.
