Paul’s Mansion

The price includes all charges such as electricity, air conditioning, free wi-fi, plus legal taxes and VAT, except the heating of pool and hot tub. Otherwise, there are no additional charges after your arrival.

* The pool can be heated with an additional charge of 70€/day for the entire stay and it requires at least one week’s advance notice.
* The hot tub can be heated with an additional charge of 250€/stay for reservations up to 7 days and 35€/day for reservations more than 7 days.

A refundable security deposit of 1.000€ is also required. Otherwise, there are no additional charges after your arrival.
