Chic Dream Villa

The reservation price includes all charges such as electricity, free wi-fi, air conditioning plus legal taxes and VAT, apart from the pool heating. The pool can be heated with an additional daily charge for the entire stay and it requires at least one-week's advance notice.

The services below are also included in the price:

- Welcome pack including wine and traditional Cretan treats
- Shopping before your arrival (cost of groceries not included)
- Towel & Linen changes every 3 days
- Cleaning every 3 days & final cleaning
- Pool and garden maintenance

A refundable security deposit of 500€ is also required.

There are no additional charges after your arrival.
