Amphi Exclusive Residence

The price includes all charges such as electricity, air conditioning, free wi-fi, plus all legal taxes and VAT, except for the use of the pool heating system. The use of the pool heating system will cost an additional 100€ per day (please note that the pool heating can be used for the entire stay and it requires at least one-week's advance

notice).

A refundable security deposit of 1.000€ is also required.

Otherwise, there are no additional charges after your arrival. 

The services below are also included in the price:

- Welcome pack including wine and traditional Cretan treats

- Daily maid service from 09:00 till 12:00, except for Sunday & final cleaning

- Towel and linen change every 3 days.

- Shopping before arrival (cost of groceries not included)
