Villa Panorama

The price includes all charges such as electricity, air conditioning, free wi-fi, cleaning every 3 days and final cleaning plus legal taxes and VAT, apart from the use of pool heating system. The use of the pool heating system can be arranged with an additional charge (please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice). Otherwise there are no additional charges after your arrival.

A refundable security deposit of 500€ is also required.

Villa Panorama is approved by Greek Tourism Organisation with license number: 1042K91002989101 & managed by "etouri vacation rental management".

Villa Panorama is located next to Sternes village and only only 2 km away from the well known sandy beaches of Marathi and Loutraki. As it is located on a hill side, the villa offers an incredible views of Souda bay and full privacy for our guests. Villa Panorama covers 230 m2 and can accommodate 10 guests in 5 bedrooms and up to 12 guests if necessary. 

Layout
Ground Floor
Villa Panorama is a two-storey villa, each floor being totally independent and having each own entrance. The pool level features an open plan living room containing two sofas, 40” HDTV and audio system, a football table, a dining table for 6 persons, fully equipped kitchen and dining table. The living area also opens up to the pool terrace, equipped with an outdoor siting area. Two of the bedrooms can be founded on this level, one of which has a king bed (1,60 x 2,00) and direct access to the pool area. The second bedroom offers two single beds (0,80 x 2,00) which may be joined to create a king bed if you wish. Finally, a shared bathroom with bathtub and a washing machine is also available on the ground floor.

First Floor
Entering the villa on the first floor, you will you find a spacious and bright open plan area consisted of ab additional living room, indoor dining area and fully equipped kitchen, all with direct access to a spacious veranda, equipped with outdoor furniture, overlooking the pool area and offering amazing views of Souda Bay, as well as access to the pool. The living room features a large comfortable sofa, 55” HDTV with Playstation 3 and a fireplace ideal for family moments. Next to the living room is the dining area which communicates with the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen provides all essentials for a self catered holiday and your family meals, as well as a second, square dining table for 4 guests. The whole area is sunny and airy, thanks to the large windows and enjoys beautiful sea views. Additionally located on the first floor are three remaining bedrooms of Villa Panorama, all with en-suite bathrooms with hydromassage showers. Two bedrooms have king beds (1,60 x 2,00) and one bedroom has two single beds (0,90 x 2,00) which may be joined to create a king upon request. Lastly there is a family bathroom featuring a bathtub and a second washing machine.

Outdoor Area
The whole outdoor area is totally private and fenced.  More specifically our outdoor facilities include:
-33 sq. m. private swimming pool.
-Pool terrace equipped with sun beds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower.
-Fully equipped charcoal barbecue facilities with outdoor sink and small fridge.
-Shaded dining area next to the barbecue area.
-Shaded pergola with armchairs and sofas for relaxing by the pool.
-Children playground with a playhouse.
-A day bed and a double swing for relaxing moments.
-Parking space for many cars.
