Kumo Residence

The price includes all charges such as electricity, air conditioning, pool maintenance, housekeeping every 3 days and final cleaning plus legal taxes and VAT, apart from the use of pool heating system. The use of the pool heating can be used with an additional daily charge for the entire stay and it requires at least one-week's advance notice.

A security deposit of 700€ is also required and it will be refunded after your departure. Otherwise, there are no additional charges after your arrival.
