Physis Estate

The price includes all charges such as electricity, air conditioning, free wi-fi, pool maintenance, cleaning every 3 days and final cleaning plus legal taxes and VAT, except use of pool heating system. The use of pool heating system will cost additional 65€ per day per pool (130€ per day for both pools. Please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one-week advance notice.

A refundable security deposit of 1.000€ is also required and it will be refunded upon departure.

Otherwise, there are no additional charges after your arrival.
