Majestic View Villa 2

The price includes all charges such as electricity, air conditioning, pool maintenance, cleaning once per week and final cleaning plus legal taxes and VAT, apart from use of the pool heating system. The use of pool heating system will cost additional 45€ per day (please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice). Otherwise there are no additional charges after your arrival.

A refundable security deposit of 350€ is also required and it will be returned after your departure.
