Pure C

The price includes all charges such as electricity, air conditioning, free wi-fi, plus legal taxes and VAT, except the use of the pool heating system.
The lower pool can be heated with an additional charge of 100€ per day (please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice). Otherwise there are no additional charges after your arrival.

The services below are also included in the price:
- Daily cleaning service (6 hours a day, 6 days a week)                                                                            
- Grocery pre-stocking for your arrival (cost of groceries not included)
- Shopping delivery at the Villa 6 days a week (grocery list should be provided one day in advance, cost of groceries not included)
- Welcome pack including wine and traditional Cretan treats
- Towel and linen change every 3 days
- Daily pool and garden maintenance
* Note: All the visits from our staff members (cleaning, maintenance and maid service schedule) can be flexible and arranged according to your wishes.
 

A refundable security / damage deposit of 2,000€ is also required.
