The price includes all charges such as electricity, air conditioning, pool maintenance, cleaning every 3 days and a final cleaning plus all legal taxes and VAT, apart from the pool heating. The pool can be heated with an additional daily cost for the entire stay and it requires at least one-week's advance notice.

A refundable security deposit of 500€ is also required.

Otherwise, there are no extra charges after your arrival.
