The above price includes all charges such as electricity, air conditioning, pool maintenance, cleaning every 3 days and a final cleaning plus all legal taxes and VAT. There are no additional charges after your arrival.

A security deposit of 250€ is also required and needs to be paid along with the remaining balance.
