The above price includes all charges such as electricity, air conditioning, free wi-fi, plus all legal taxes and VAT, apart from the use of pool heating system.

The pool can be heated with an additional daily cost. Otherwise, there are no additional charges after your arrival.

(Please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice.)
