Villa Night Flower

The price includes all charges such as electricity, air conditioning, pool maintenance, cleaning every 3 days and a final cleaning plus all legal taxes and VAT, apart from the use  of pool heating system.

The pool can be heated with an additional daily cost (please note that the pool heating  can be used for the entire stay and it requires at least one week's advance notice).  

A refundable security deposit of 500€ is also required. Otherwise, there are no additional charges after your arrival.
