Villa Rodanthi

The price includes all charges such as electricity, air conditioning, pool maintenance, cleaning every 3 days, daily housekeeping from 10:00 to 13:00 except Sundays and final cleaning, plus legal taxes and VAT, apart from the use of pool heating system. The use of pool heating system will cost an additional 80€ per day (please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice). 

A security deposit of 500€ is also required and will be refunded upon departure.

Otherwise, there are no additional charges after your arrival.
