Paralia Beachfront Residence

The price includes all charges such as electricity, air conditioning, free wi-fi, pool and garden maintenance, plus all legal taxes and VAT, except for the pool heating or cooling system. The use of the pool heating or pool cooling system will cost an additional 120€ per day (please note this can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice.)

The services below are also included in the price:

- Welcome pack including wine and traditional Cretan treats

- Private part in the beach with sun beds and umbrellas for our guests.

- Breakfast preparation daily upon request (cost of groceries not included).

- Shopping delivery at the Villa once per day (cost of groceries not included).
- Daily cleaning & maid service from 08:00 till 15:00, except for Sunday & final cleaning.

- Towel and linen change every 2 days.

- Daily pool and garden maintenance.

A refundable security deposit of 1.500€ is also required.
