Villa San Pietro

The price above includes all charges such as electricity, air conditioning, pool maintenance, cleaning every 3 days, and final cleaning plus legal taxes and VAT, apart from the use of pool heating system. The pool heating system can be used at an additional daily cost (please note that the pool heating can be used for the entire stay and it requires at least one week’s advance notice). 

A refundable security deposit of 250€ is also required. There are no additional charges after your arrival.
