Payment schedule is as follows:

- The deposit that you need to pay in order to book the villa is the 25% of the total amount.

- The remaining balance is due to be paid 21 days prior to your arrival.

- The refundable security deposit of 500€ needs to be paid in cash upon arrival (it will be refunded upon departure).

- The use of pool heating system can be arranged with an additional charge (please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice).
