Aspro Estate

The price includes all charges such as electricity, air conditioning, pool maintenance, cleaning every 3 days and final cleaning plus legal taxes and VAT. Each swimming pool can be heated with additional per day, upon advance request (Please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice). Otherwise there are no extra charges after your arrival. 

A refundable security deposit of 500€ is also required.
