The price includes all charges such as electricity, air conditioning, free wi-fi, plus legal taxes and VAT, except the use of the pool heating system.

The lower pool can be heated with an additional daily charge (please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice).

A security deposit of 2.000€ is also required and it will be refunded upon departure.
