- The price includes all charges such as electricity, air conditioning, free wi-fi, pool maintenance, cleaning every 3 days and final cleaning plus legal taxes and VAT, apart from the use of the pool heating system. The use of a pool heating system will cost an additional charge (please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice).

- A security deposit of 250€ is also required and it will be refunded at your departure.
