Villa Amna Olive MMXX

The reservation price includes all charges such as electricity, air conditioning, free wi-fi, plus legal taxes and VAT, apart from the use of the pool heating system. The use of the pool heating system will cost an additional 60€ per day (Please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice).

A refundable security damage deposit of 500€ is also required (not included in the accommodation cost). The security deposit will be refunded within 14 days after your departure. 

Starting January 1, 2024, a new Greek tax was introduced which is called the “Climate Crisis Resilience Charge,” requiring a fee of €10 per night from March to October and €4 per night from November to February. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival at the villa.
