Centro Golden View Villa

The price includes all charges such as electricity, air conditioning, pool maintenance, daily cleaning and final cleaning plus legal taxes and VAT, except use of the pool heating or cooling system. The use of the pool heating or pool cooling system will cost an additional 65€ per day (please note this can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice.)

A refundable security deposit of 500€ is also required. Otherwise, there are no additional charges after your arrival.

The services below are also included in the price:
- Welcome pack including traditional Cretan treats
- Shopping before arrival (cost of groceries not included)
- Cleaning every 3 days & final cleaning
- Towel & Linen change every 3 days 

Furthermore, the following can be arranged with an additional fee:
-  Selection from Wine bar / Wine cooler with a complete wine list available in the villa
