The price includes all charges such as electricity, air conditioning, free w-fi plus legal taxes and VAT, apart from the use of pool heating system. The pool heating system can be used with an additional daily charge for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice. A security deposit of 500€ is also required. Otherwise there are no additional charges after your arrival.
