Villa 7

The price includes all charges such as electricity, air conditioning, pool maintenance, free wi-fi and final cleaning plus legal taxes and VAT, apart from the use of pool heating system. The use of the pool heating system will cost an additional 70€ per day (please note that the pool heating can be used for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice). 

The services below are also included in the price:
- Welcome pack including wine and traditional Cretan treats.
- Housekeeping, linen and towel change every 3 days
- Shopping before arrival and (cost of groceries not included).

A refundable security deposit of 500€ is also required. Otherwise, there are no additional charges after your arrival.
