Kumo Villa I

The above price includes all charges such as electricity, air conditioning, pool maintenance, housekeeping every 3 days and final cleaning plus legal taxes and VAT, apart from the use of pool heating system. The pool heating system can be used with an additional daily charge for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice.

A refundable security deposit of 350€ is also required. Otherwise there are no additional charges after your arrival.
