The above price includes all charges such as electricity, air conditioning, free wi-fi, plus all legal taxes and VAT, apart from the use of pool heating system. One of the two pools can also be heated with an additional charge per day (please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice).

A refundable security deposit of 500€ is also required. Otherwise, there are no additional charges after your arrival.
