Villa Salis

The price above includes all charges such as electricity, air conditioning, pool maintenance, cleaning every 3 days and final cleaning plus legal taxes and VAT. There are no additional charges after your arrival.

A refundable security deposit of 250€ is also required.

Salis villa is a 155 square meters stone built luxury cottage house, located in a quiet small road in the village of Gonia which is 10 km away from Rethymno city and the beach. The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests in beds and up to 10 people if it is necessary.

Our small cozy villa was originally an old traditional house built in 1955 and renovated in 2014 to the form that you can see today. The whole house is furnished with high quality branded furniture, electric devices and orthopaedic mattresses.

The house has only one floor where you can find one open plan area which contains the living room area and an indoor dining table next to the fireplace and the fully equipped kitchen. In the same area there is also the entrance of two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with two single beds and the main bathroom which has a bath with shower and a separated shower as well. 

The third bedroom is totally independent and separated from the rest of the building with its own entrance, accessible from the house yard or the road. It has one a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Moreover there is another independent bedroom with a a king size bed, its own entrance and bathroom with bath. 

Outdoor area of the house has a yard where the pool and the hot tube are located. Next to the pool, there is a dining table and the barbecue under a pergola! Also the outdoor area is highly fenced and offers total privacy from the nearby houses or the road!
