Villa Theano

The price includes all charges such as electricity and air conditioning plus all legal taxes and VAT, except use of pool heating system. The use of pool heating system will cost an additional 55€ per day. Please note that the pool heating can be used for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice.)

A refundable security deposit of 250€ is also required. Otherwise there are no additional charges after your arrival.

- Welcome pack including traditional Cretan treats
- Towel & Linen changes every 3 days
- Cleaning every 3 days & final cleaning
- Garden and pool maintenance
- Shopping service (with advance notice except weekends, cost of groceries not included)
- Holiday advisor centre available by landline. Arrangements for excursions and activities, as well as dinner reservations.
