The above price includes all charges such as electricity, air conditioning, plus all legal taxes and VAT, except use of pool heating system. The use of pool heating system can be used upon advance request at an extra charge for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice). Otherwise there are no additional charges after your arrival.

A refundable security deposit of 500€ is required.
