The above price includes all charges such as electricity, air conditioning, free wi-fi, plus all legal taxes and VAT, apart from the use of pool heating system. 

The use of indoor pool heating system will cost an additional charge per day. Otherwise, there are no additional charges after your arrival.

(Please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the enitre stay and it requires at least one week advance notice.)

A refundable security deposit of 500€ is also required.
