Villa Oceanna

The price above includes all charges such as electricity, air conditioning, pool maintenance, cleaning every 3 days, and final cleaning plus legal taxes and VAT except the use of the pool heating system. The use of a pool heating system will cost an additional 50€ per day (Please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice). Otherwise, there are no additional charges after your arrival.

A refundable security deposit of 500€ is also required.
