Kōa Villa II

The reservation price includes all charges such as electricity, air conditioning, plus all legal taxes and VAT, except use of pool heating system.

A refundable security damage deposit of 250€ is also required (not included in the accommodation cost). The security deposit will be refunded at your departure.

Otherwise, there are no additional charges after your arrival.
