Villa Saint John

The reservation price includes all charges such as electricity, air conditioning, final cleaning plus legal taxes and VAT, except the use of pool heating system.

The use of the pool heating system will cost an additional 120€ per day and can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week's advance notice.

A refundable security damage deposit of 1,000€ is also required (not included in the accommodation cost). The security deposit will be refunded at your departure.

Otherwise, there are no additional charges after your arrival.
