NiVo Luxury Villa

The price includes all charges such as electricity, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi plus all legal taxes and VAT, except for the heating of the indoor pool.

The indoor pool can be heated for the entire stay for an additional charge of 40€ per day and it requires at least one week's advance notice.

A refundable security deposit of 1.000€ is also required. Otherwise, there are no additional charges after your arrival. 

The services below are also included in the price:
- Welcome pack including wine and traditional Cretan treats
- Pool and garden maintenance

- Linen and towels change every 3 days
- Shopping before arrival (cost of groceries not included)
