Tree Life Residence

The price includes all charges such as electricity, air conditioning, pool maintenance, cleaning every 3 days, and final cleaning, plus all legal taxes and VAT, apart from the use of the pool heating system. The use of the pool heating system will cost an additional 65€ per day (please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one-week advance notice).

A security deposit of 500€ is also required.

Otherwise, there are no additional charges after your arrival.
