Villa Kalōn

The price includes all charges such as electricity, air conditioning, pool maintenance, cleaning every 3 days and final cleaning plus legal taxes and VAT, except the use of the pool heating system. The use of a pool heating system will cost an additional 60€ per day. (Please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one-week advance notice.)

A security deposit of 700€ is also required.

Otherwise, there are no additional charges after your arrival.
